Pension queries and mail.
Due to the Coronavirus restrictions, announced by the Government on Sunday, we are operating a reduced service from 24th March. If your pension query is urgent you will be able to leave a message by calling 01324 506329. We will do our best to respond to your query as soon as possible, however your patience is appreciated at this difficult time.
In addition, the Pensions Section will only be receiving surface mail once a week, so we would be grateful if any documentation you would normally post to us (e.g. relating to an impending retirement) could be scanned and emailed to pensions@falkirk.gov.uk.
